Where can I get Pokemon Diamond(American/English Version) for less than $30? I want to know where to pre-order it.

Pokemon Diamond has only been released in Japan so far. The US release date is set for April 22, 2007. If you don't want to play the game all in Japanese, please wait. The rest of us Pokemon Masters and Novices are waiting patiently. When the game comes out in the US, you won't be able to trade Pokemon with all your American/English friends because the game won't recognize it's foreign counterpart. It's not worth it, just be patient. BTW, the game will cost $34.99 when it is released in the US. There are no new games from Nintendo that cost less than that when they are first released. You won't find them anywhere for under that price on it's release date; I know because I already preordered mine at GameCrazyX and that's what the expert says. Just wait till April. It'll be worth the wait.

They have the Japanese version of Pokemon Diamond/Pearl now, and they do sell US games.

Psst: Nintendo hasn't formally released the game even to the public yet!
Good luck finding one, if you don't want a Japanese one. I'll bet they're out already.
(I've also heard that they have them in India, but that might just be a rumor)

it not out yet its in developement but you can go to asia and try to find one there but it will be in japanese, chinese etc
