First off, I am almost 16 years old, and i'm in decent shape.
My left shoulder cracks in the collarbone area whenever I rotate my arm, it does not matter how many times I rotate my shoulder, it will always crack; my fingers constantly crack as well. Whenever I pick up something heavy, my wrist or my elbow cracks, and it doesn't matter which arm it is. My right ankle cracks as well whenever I do a flamingo style stretch.
Any idea what could be wrong with me?
I doubt its lack of calcium, so I am stumped as to what else it could be.

It could be your developing some sort of arthritis, I have severe arthritis in both knees & back, i've had it since I was 17, i'm now 49. When I first was diagnosed with arthritis back when I was 17, my bones too cracked all the time, go to your DR. the only way you can find out if you truly have arthritis is either by a blood test or xrays. Good luck to you!

I have been told in the past that it's from having fluid between your joints. Mine crack and pop all of the time and i think its from arthritis.
