Probable=only 25% chance they will not play.
Questionable=50% chance they will play.
Doubtful=25% chance they will play,most likely out.
Out=they will not play.
Not listed means they are OK and expected to play.

Technically, the terms Not Listed, Probable, Questionable, Doubtful, and Out are supposed to mean the player has a 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% (respectively) chance of missing the game due to injury. In practice, players listed as Probable almost always play in the game. Questionable players also tend to find their way into games but may not play a lot or not do real well.

Probable means there is a pretty good chance that player will play. I would say 90% likely to play.

Questionable means the team will have to examine the injury/illness to determine if they will play. Players who are questionable will know if they are going to play within about 1 day of the game. I would say they are 55% likely to play.

Not listed means there is no injury status for that player.
