I am, to a point. Political correctness has a purpose and most people don't want to offend others, so we try to be polite and we don't say hurtful things, and we try to be fair.
The problem comes in when people abuse political correctness. Is it REALLY sexual harassment if a man has a calendar of bikini clad women in his cubicle? Is it REALLY offensive if I refer to American born people of African decent, as black? Should my job be handed to someone who has HALF the work experience and a quarter of the work ethic that I do, because they're from another country? I don't think so.

No, and I don`t suffer fools gladly either. I call things the names that I was bought up calling them. If the words I use were good enough for previous generations, then who am I to say they were mistaken, especially when I do not think they were. I would never deliberately offend anyone, and if I accidentally did so, I would apologise. What I will not do is tip - toe quietly around everyone, being afraid to put a step out of place, because some `wet` politicians think that we must all play Mr.and Mrs and Ms `Nice` to all and sundry.
PS. An hour ago I said I was going to bed, it is now 5,17am! So Good Night All

Hell To The No...
Political correctness is a bunch of mumbo jumbo created by a legal system gone a rye. Everyone in this country should have the right to say what ever they want without fear of being ostracized, maligned, or sued for their opinions. If someone is ugly they are ugly, if they are stupid they are stupid. Political correctness is for people who look in the mirrow and say ( LOOK HOW IMPORTANT I AM)..

No! I live in the USA!!!!! I am so tired of the world trying to be politically correct! I say Merry Christmas, GOD bless you, Indians, Blacks, Girls, boys, etc. I am white and I have a skinny flat butt, I wish was bigger, Lips I wish were bigger. I can't fix things "like a boy can". I dye my hair blonde so my customers won't think I am smart enough to take their money. The world got along better before we were politically correct!

No, I prefer political incorrectness unless Gordon and I are out on the town and I must give the illusion of having a concept of what is considered P.C.
