This is where your husband must step up to the plate. If he is serious about putting your marriage back together, he will find a way to remove her soon. He can give her a couple hundred dollars, set her up in a motel and say goodbye to her forever. If the right thing to him is keeping the girl around, then he doesn't value you or the marriage and you might consider moving on.

Both you and husband can take action below.

You own 1/2 of the house so move back in, it is your right. Not even the police can kick you out. If you husband is serious about you, I am sure he knows what to do.

The only IF is that he has got her pregnant or something so she is looking for financial compensation. If so, the child will be drain your family's resources and a wedge of your marriage (but it is not the child's fault.)

Come to think of it, if the police is involved, the woman has to leave IF your husband sides with you.

You can pay for and put her in a motel for 1 week! Small price to pay for riding yourselves of a leach! Change your locks and tell her that after one week, there are shelters where she can go! Tell her to get a job and pay for her own room to rent somewhere. There are some reasonably cheap sober living homes where they will work with women who are facing life on the streets. Look up a few, make a list for her and present it to her with the motel key! That would be the nice thing to do. Make sure that your "nice guy husband" is done sleeping with her first! You may find that you are being played! You know him best! There is no room for another woman who has been sleeping with your man in the same vicinity otherwise you may as well just get down with threesomes and love triangles! You decide!

I would pack her bags and change the locks whether hubby likes it or not. You may need to pack his bags too. He "has to do the right thing"??? If he's truly still in love with you, the right thing to do would be telling his whatever she is to get out. Don't back down, get rid of the gf....

Pack her stuff, put it on the porch and call Bubba to help you move her sorry @ss NOW! Your husband needs to grow some nuts too. He sounds like he's afraid of confrontation, but that's allowing her to call the shots.
If you want to be really tacky, make really wild, loud, love so she can hear it. Then tell her how good it was. It takes a brick to fall on some peoples head!

it is not your husbands or your place to worry about where this girl will go, the right thing would be if u have the money rent her a place and pack up her stuff, and send her off. this is your home, all this is outrageous and she needs to go somewhere away from your home.

Go to the court and get her evicted. Or pay for a kitchenette for a month tell her that is all you're willing to do to help her get out. Depends on how fast you want her out of the house.

he can pack her bags and from the window to the floor and then call a can or even get the cops to kick her out. If he doesn't agree to that then i would say he doesn't want her to leave so you should as long as you have your dignity because clearly she doesn't

Well, if the home is in your name you can call the cops on her. She's tresspassing in your home. If your husband agrees that he too wants her to leave, get a restraining order. She can't say no to that!

Its not your problem where she lives, or his anymore. You want your husband back? Go in YOUR house and kick her out. Fight for your marriage, fight for your love, and if you have to... fight her all the way out the door. Oh and buy a new mattress while your at it.
