because I only went to a public school once and it was trouble so my daddy put me in private school ever since.and I don't remeber anything about public school anymore.

Having attended private prep school, public school, and parochial (Catholic) school, I would have to say, they are each better for different people. If I had to make a sweeping statement, I would say that private school is usually better due to the smaller class size and (usually) higher standards, both for faculty and students. But different people will flourish in different situations, so that may not be ideal for everyone. A "better" school is the school that is best for you.
Of course, Education in America is pretty broken as a whole, so it's all relative anyway.

In my opinion, the only major difference between private and public schools is that private schools are a lot more expensive. They are also probably a hell of a lot better funded!

tough. But i got to a private school, and i honestly think private school is much better than public
