Calistenics like:
- Pushups
- Hindu Squats (squats with no weight)
- Pullups / Chins
Sprints.
Weightlifting, like:
- Squats
- Pullups/Chins
- Deadlift
- Overhead press and/or bench press and/or dips
If you do lifting, MAKE SURE YOU LEARN PROPER FORM !!! If you lift with the wrong form, especially on squats or deadlifts, you could permanently injure yourself.

Well the first thing you should do is Sprints.
For Weightlifting do things like pullups, squats, deadlifts, etc.
I am in 8th Grade and also play football
Do as much as you can before the games and you will do just fine
Do many Calistenics like squats with no weight, pullups, and pushups
Get PLENTY of rest
Good luck at your next game

jog a few miles a day, do 40 yards dashes. like 10 sets a day to improve your wind and endurance. get a 100 pound punching bag and get it rocking and block it and push it off. do palametrics. hmm you act like you are going to sit gown. get you *** to almost hit the ground and then with your legs thrust your body up and jump and repeat all in the same motion for 20 yards and run 20. then do the same with 1 leg while holding the other. if done right you should be in pain for 3 days lol. i miss football practice.

you should run up an down a small hill
Swim its like a total body workout
Lift weigths
Get tough In most school Districts after 8th grade its high school Where you will get hit pretty hard but you need to suck it up
Have fun
Push ups
sprints
If youre a lineman practice staying in your stance for a few seconds
