I would immediately slip into my professional "First Responder" role as I was an instructor at the Police Dept. for 10 years.
After I was confident your inuries were not life threatening, I would leave to summon help, and then once out of earshot, I would laugh my head off!

first i would me sure you were alright...
i guess it would depend on the exact situation... if there was blood, definately not... if there was no blood and you were laughing then i probably would.
