Call your Cell Phone provider. They need to fix that from their end.

I'ves found that this only happens when the phone is turned off. If this is not the case turn voice mail off or enquire with the provider. That's all I can think of. Good luck.

Try resetting your phone if you know how to do it. You can also try removing the battery from your phone while it's on and also remove the sim card or chip if it has one. Wait a few seconds and put both things back on, turn your phone on and try calling it. Hope it works

Sounds like your setting need to be adjusted since that is a feature for going to meetings, etc. If you do not know how to go to settings, your best bet is to take it to your cellular provider and have them show you how to set up the way you like.
