i think they removed that rule. it used to be 20 or 15 min i think.

I have not heard this in a very very long time. That was a promo back in the 1980's. The domino's near me does not do this at all.

I doubt it, with all the competition going on with pizzahut and papajohns they need the money. Pizzahut was voted best out of dominoes and papajohns.
