Rome is fabled to have been built by Romulus and Remus, two men who were raised by wolves. So, if we were to do some calculations as to how long it would take them to build it, we would have to estimate the time of their infancy to the time they could be independent, which would probably be about eleven years. From that time, they could attempt to build the city.

The only problem with this is that Rome kept building after it was founded until the time it fell, so I would say that Rome was built in approximately 185,055 days (507 years times 365 days).
