Wow, is it normal to feel kind of crazy after giving large electrical appliances hugs?

Hi,
It's not an electrical appliance to be given a hug!! That should be to the persons who made it possible to make our lives albiet easier!!Like the Scientists for their innovating ideas, the workers who make such appliances, and so forth!!
What say?

I gave the dryer a swift kick last month when it died and considered giving the new one a hug but was afraid it would get emotionally attached and I can't handle anymore baggage!

Never but when I was a kid I was sucking on the piece of a cord that goes into the radio(not the prongs that go into the outlet). Its two little holes,any way,I got shocked. Ouch! Never EVER did that again.

You know, I never have done that-- although I have moved a few refrigerators in my day, and it could have looked like I was hugging them.

Interesting question...probably when I lost my iPod and found it 3 weeks later. Those were some long weeks! I know an iPod isn't big but to me it is.
