Sometimes, Wal-Mart carries some nice and sophisticated clothes.
And I know this seems kinda silly, but you can find lots of cool stuff at the Goodwill store! Alot of fashion from the past is back in style and I've been able to find alot of trendy items.

If you like to keep up with the latest trends then try Primark. Not always the best quality but as the fashions change so quickly you wil not want the clothes to last longer than a few months anyway.
You can afford to buy several items of clothing a month at their prices and so you will always look up to date and not have to always wear the same things over and over.

Target, believe it or not Macy's clearance,
Express clearance plus a splurge or two on key pieces and that's really all you need for classic nice clothes that won't fall apart the first time you wash them.
Conserve resources please. Speak out ladies we want variety in our wardrobe to expand and buy new pieces as we wish not as we have to. We expect quality. A reasonable expectation of use a sweater need not be 3 uses until it reaches the trash can because Good Will wouldn't take to kindly to holes.
A Shopper for 20 years seeking quality not quantity.
Hope it helps
Take Care

Forever 21 has nice trendy clothes for good prices. Just remember that clothes that are nice looking and very cheap can be poorly made...

I enjoy TJ Maxx and Gordmans. Great brand names at super low prices. I also like to shop at Wal *Mart. It's okay if most of you boo me on this one... but I think Wal* Mart has really re-vamped their clothing lines. Hey, who is going to ask if it is from Wal* Mart?
