Whatever the demand was in the petition, that is what you have to fulfill. If someone sued you for money, you owe the money. If you were sued for divorce, child support and alimony, you are divorced and have to pay child support and alimony. Sorry about that, but it appears it was your choice not to hire an attorney or to respond to the Petition and subpoena.

They can garnish your wages, put liens on your property, and ding your credit until you pay. I suggest going to court and avoiding a default judgment.
