he is called the undertaker because Vince McMahon always liked the dark mysterious old fashion undertakers (id say early 1920s) with the long coats and long hair . Mark had talked with Vince before this and not a chance then one day Vince called him up when he answered Vince replied "is this the undertaker?" and mark went with it. Its been great all the different persona's and all. Just to let you in on a little secret ....
