Why can only one user on my computer get online?

My husband is pretty smart about this computer stuff but all of a sudden,only my side can get online and we can't figure out why.We checked everything you could think of,even started all over again but still,only my side gets internet...why???

Windows XP SP2,cable modem,installed Internet Explorer on the administers side and it was working fine on both sides,but now it only works on my side;not administrator

What did you try? Error messages? What type of connection do you have? Operating system?

setup the internet on the other side or setup a network

or upgrade to VISTA
