Not really cheap.. some inexpensive items are better than other's. But the quality is the most important factor... some 'bleed' and makes an ugly look, I've had that happen.. lol, and then I find lip glosses that are inexpensive..suck.
But to make a long story short.. I just pay the extra anyhow..or wait for a sale..lol

If it sticks to their teeth or their cup. If it looks like it starts to fade after only a few hours. If it doesn't stay in place and starts to go into the area around the mouth. If the rest of her looks cheap.

yes. if she drinks from a cup and the lipstick is mostly off, then it is cheap

yes . the taste, cheap lipstick tastes bad. and I can tell when I bought some . It isn't smooth ....

No I cant but I don't wear that much make-up anymore! I dont think judging people is right just because they cant afford the best of the best!! good luck â¥

Yes, I believe you can if it looks real cakey, and flakes off easily. Also if it wears off quickly, in which it fades and she has to keep reapplying it.
