the company doesnt state the inrgedients. does it contain tretinoin or corticosterones ?

Check the officail website, if there are still no ingredients then I wouldn't recommend you using it cause it probably means they're using something they ain't got no buisness using.

If the company doesn't state the ingredients, I would worry about usng it even when I wasn't breastfeeding, but certainly not while nursing. I'm not sure why or what you are trying to whiten but with some spots, vinegar or lemon juice can lighten them a bit. Things like skin and hair bleach, peroxide and stuff like that should be avoided while pregnant and breastfeeding. Most of the rules for pregnant women apply to breastfeeding women and if there is a question, the rule of thumb is that if it gets near your blood and if you can sweat it, it can get into your breastmilk. So nothing unless its cleared with the baby's doc.

No, it should be safe to use. Both of the ingredients you mentioned (with some assumed spelling adjustments) are usually Rx only in any dose levels that would be detrimental.
