First, she should go to your barangay. The barangay office will let her fill up an application for senior citizen form. She should also bring her ID foto. The barangay office will process the Senior Citizen ID in a matter of days. When she gets her Senior Citizen Card, a Seniro Citizen booklet goes with it. That booklet she will use everytime she purchases medicines. The drugstore will write on the booklet the medicines, quantity of the drug, upon her every purchase. She gets a 20% discount from the drugstore. 20% discount on transportation and entertainment. If she lives in Makati, she is luckiest. Makati City is so rich they pamper their senior citizens. Aside from the discount for medicines, she can watch movies infinitely for free at Makati theaters. She gets a birthday cake on her birthday, delivered to her by the barangay. She gets a Christmas Bonus (cash) delivered to her during the Christmas season. In Mandaluyong, she also gets to watch free movies. Oh, I forgot your mom is from Manila. Then, no she doesn't get those freebies. Enjoy your weekend.

You just go you your city hall to apply for a senior citizen ID. They will supply you the requirments needed to get an ID for her.Just be there earlier than usual since lines are heavily queing
