Whenever i'm eating chips or something crunchy like that, I haveto turn the volume on the tv up real high because I can't hear over my own chewing. Does this happen to you? My mom once said I was a loud chewer, but my mouth is always closed, I don't have any of those habits, just loudness...♥

Yeah sometimes I have to turn up the volumn but Im not a loud chewer either I just like to eat snacks while I watch my fav show!! â¥

i am eating vegetarian potato chips and its so loud over watching ugly betty from my ipod on to the tv so i have it up loud, and my mom is yelling at me .. .lol. Also when i eat i am always afriad that i am too loud so i don't chew as much, i just let it get soggy in my mouth .. . lol

I do the same thing. my mouth is closed, but I can't hear anyone talk while I am chewing something crunchy. I thought maybe it was my hearing and eventually I will be deaf. i hope not

I can't say that I have to turn anything louder to chew. Some people are just loud.

Yes, it's normal...especially when I eat Doritos, i have to turn up the volume and my mouth is closed

Nobody has ever complained. I wouldnt tell someone if they were loud. It doesnt take that long to eat so i just deal with it.

Chips, pretzels, trail mix.... the TV sound has to go up.
Like you, my mouth is closed, but the sound inside my head is off-da-hook!

Can't stand it... one of my pet peev's.. if there's ppl in the room, I won't eat anything like that.. it just irratates me.. haha
I can't stand when ppl chew with their mouths opened, drives me... ugh.. lol!
