Ive recently been reading people's answers and its ridiculous how much crap Nash gets. The guy makes the sickest passes seen today in the NBA and gets his teammates wide open shots yet he's ridiculed for being the "worst" mvp ever. Give me a break, the guy is awesome. Stats dont mean everything, look at Tom Brady...
The Suns look like the best team in the league this year. Maybe when they win the championship Nash will get more love...

I'm not comparing him to Brady, just emphasizing my point that STATS dont mean everything.
And I'm not trying to say he's the greatest ever, just that he has been deserving of his mvp's and without him, the Suns wouldnt be anywhere near as good as they currently are.

I don't think people hate. People are coming to realize that he's not the sound player that the media makes him out to be. He is a one sided player and that's offense.
He has very poor defensive skills and it shows in his lack of rebounds , lack of steals, and points scored on him by the opposing team's guard. Even guys off the opposing team's bench has success against him.
I have to agree with true ball fans that the MVP award should go to the most well rounded player in the league and this Nash is not that player.

Steve Nash is a great player and he definitely deserved both MVP awards. I'm not comparing him to bird, but if he is the best player for the third year in a row, then that merits a third MVP

everyone think its barbosa, bell, stoudemire, and marion who do all the work. they dont realize that nash is the one that sets them up and that the suns cant win without him. just wait till he hurts himself or something, and the suns go on a 17 game losing streak. that should turn some heads around. but yeah. he's awesome and quite underrated under most peoples eyes.
a lot of people say that phoenix wont win because after one game, you can pretty much figure out how they play and how to stop them. playoffs are hard because you have to play more than one game against the team. thats where steve nash gets burned. but i hope they win. that'd be awesome (:

It's more appealing to favor David than Goliath. Believe it or not this time Golaith is not some guy called Shaq but Steve Nash. His play has been so good that people are tired of him dominating the MVP award.
