It is caused from dry skin or an allergic reaction. Try putting a good lotion on them like neutragena or jergens and change any new product you may be using. Anything that is put on you could do it, soap, laudry detergent, body spray things like that! It's nothing to freak out over. Give it about 2-3 weeks if it doesn't go away call the doctor you may need to get a cream for rashes!

Does it itch? If it itches it is probably exzema. If it doesen't itch its probably just acne.
