Would a guy be the one if he's the only one that can give you the perfect kiss, touch, ect and everything you look for in physical intimacy? And he's your friend with benefits?

Sadly, not necessarily. Some of the guys who gave me the best kisses and physical intimacy also turned out to be gravely disappointing in the personality and integrity departments. A guy may be a good friend and a great lover, but still be missing something to bring the relationship to a "true love" stage.

not necessarily…

My last boyfriend and I were perfectly matched physically in all 5 senses: sight (not in the sense of traditional "looks"), sound, smell, taste and touch. It was incredible, and I thought that it must mean the we were "meant" for each other. We shared many traits in how we viewed the world and we understood each other very deeply. In his arms is the only place I have ever in all my 40+ years felt that I was loved.

Unfortunately, the way we actually lived our lives day-to-day was where the conflict occurred. His actions did not reflect the values that we spoke of, and he allowed his insecurities to get the better of him. But because I felt like I belonged with him, I would overlook certain actions, or buy into his excuses and rationalizations. Finally, after nearly 7 years, his actions made me realize that he would never do the things necessary to take responsibility for himself and his children, and I had to accept that I could no longer live with that.

You should always see how they treat you, if he respects you, listens to you, if he is understanding, look into his personality. Not only the way he makes you feel when you two are intimate, yes that also counts but you can not base a relationship only on carnal passion. On the other hand if that is all you are looking for then maybe he is the one.

"friend with benefits" means he is interested in NOTHING but sex...
