DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET A "VIRTUAL" INTERNET DEBIT/CREDIT CARD AS I BELIEVE THIS IS THE SAFEST WAY TO SHOP ON THE INTERNET. I KNOW CAHOOT HAVE ONE BUT WOULD LIKE SOME OTHER OPTIONS, PREF ONE WHICH WILL ALLOW MONEY TO GO BACK ON MY CARD IN CASE I NEED TO RETURN THE GOODS WHICH I PURCHASED

um... try greendot... also, you can get a pre-paid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, anywhere... PayPal has their own card, and there are other places...

cahoot do one it makes up a new card number each time you shop online so the card number can only be used once
