the boy that could have got the woman drunk or somehow fooled/tricked, or the female, since the boy is a minor?
Nobody? Then why is adult-teenager sex illegal?
Both? How is this possible? Two rapists and no victim?

this is hypothetical, just made it up. But can you answer and back it up too?

By the law, she would be the rapist, in statutory rape. If he did anything to make her have sex with him other than asking, then he is also guilty of rape.

This is a Catch-22. If he dares to report her statutory rape, she can report his physical rape. If she dares to report the physical rape, he can report the statutory rape.

I think it's definitely worse when a man has sex with a young teen girl. He obviously manipulated her into doing something she's not ready for yet, she could be traumatized, and if she gets pregnant then she could be socially ruined because she would have to quit school and get a job to take care of her baby and she might be shunned too. I think it would be impossible for a woman to rape an underage teen boy because he wouldn't be able to get an erection unless he wanted to have sex. I think 99% of these cases were where the gorgeous older woman wanted to give an incredibly good looking 13 or 14 year old boy a beautiful experience when she takes his virginity, and I think these situations happen a lot more often than we will admit.

The adult in any situation like that would be the rapist. The adult knows to not place them self in certain situations. They are to be held accountable for all
actions taking place with a minor, whether or not the minor is smart, clever and looks like Brad Pitt.

well by law the adult is the rapist. morally, if the teen gets the adult drunk or tricks them and takes advantage, he rapes her i guess.

Well if you consented there is no reason to see this as a crime.
But it is still illegal
But you got what you wanted,or else you would have reported her, right?

I don't have any concrete facts to back this up, but I believe the woman could be charged with stautory rape.
.....Charged, but probably would not be prosecuted given your conditions.
Check the laws in your state.... ;)
