Not a lot. The person who runs for president with the most royal blood IS ALWAYS THE ONE WHO WINS. Just works out that way, no idea why.

Also, both have to put up with 2 different houses telling them what to do and when, when making laws.

The President can at least veto bills, while Queen Elizabeth can merely express disappointment.

A monarch can rule for a lifetime. A president is limited to constitutionally defined terms.

a president is elected while in a monarchy the people have no say in their rulers also i would say that a monarch is more of a figurehead (depending on the country) while a president seems to have more political power

Monarchs don't have power these days. Presidents and prime ministers do.
