I have a ton of those with different numbers at the end.
What are they and what do they do? Do I need them?

I looked in add and remove programs and it is full of stuff I am sure I will never use but don't know which is which.
Can you get a list of what do you need and what does everything do?

My computer is so clogged it barely runs and is always locking up.

windows XP KB888239 ets is windows updates for all the bug your operating system has sure you could uninstall them but it would nt be a good idea . Do nt go uninstalling anything you do not know

i think u should go to ur local computer place and have them clean it out
