Find something you enjoy doing. I know it sounds dumb but spending time on you is important. Take a hot bath or shower, read a book, snuggle up on the couch and watch a good movie. There are many good things you can do to relieve stress other then becoming an alocoholic or a drug addict like some others have suggested you do. Just take some time and chill out!

I personally like to write when I'm really stressed. Write, blast some tunes, go out for a run (which may be getting harder, as it is February), call a friend, anything but getting drunk.

Running 6 miles always helps me deal with any stress I'm having.

Run, swim, exercise, eat, watch mindless TV, music,
talk with friends or parents, sex, go for a drive, walk,
soak in a hot tub, or of course, eliminate the stress.

Take time to smell the roses... :) Take a little time.. even if only an hour.. don't think about any bad things.. look at all the good things in your life. Appreciate the good things. We all get soooo consumed in the bad things in our lives that we forget the good things. And I really hope I can follow my own advise..

Exercise can really help with stress. That and talking to someone (a friend, family member, etc.) can really help. Keeping it in can be really bad for your health.

Any thing that won't get you into jail. When I get stress, I do something that won't hurt any one. Such as punching at a pillow.
