I never done an OS or worked with C++, but I know stuff like:
PHP
HTML
Flash
JavaScript
Well mostly webmaking... And other stuff, I'm sure I have to learn a lot to do this. But what is the easiest way?

There are already many distributions of Linux for beginners, and they are REALLY REALLY easy to use. I would recommend Mandriva and Ubuntu as the best of them.

Creating a distribution is hard, truly tedious, and lasts very very long. And only with webdesign skills... sorry but you'll do nothing... You need to be at least 'advanced' in C++...

have fun trying out the two distributions, and note that both have liveCD's so you can try them without installing

Hello granados_nicolas,

I'm sorry that I'm not a Linux guy, but I was under the impression that you can install X-windows on LInux, which is a Graphical User Interface way of working Linux.

It sounds like you need to find a Linux users group in your area. Check some local universities or do a Google search to see if you can find any close by. Best of luck to you.

There is no easy way. Really I say, you need 3,4 years to work with linux to feel free with it. Making your own OS with it needs a lot!

I'd say get involved with the ubuntu linux community. Ubuntu's website is at http://www.ubuntu.com/ and they have resources for downloading the OS, forums for helping with questions, and you can get involved with the developers if you wish.
