Anyone know if a record called "I got it" by "Yo Bots" is on any CD, as it only appear to be on vinyl

Its a "tune" from back in 1991 but its not the rap version Im looking for. There is also a remix/new version just out (Feb 2007), but I looking for original mix on CD, not vinyl.
