One cannot change the laws of physics Mr Midnight Dynamo, strictly speaking Q is not an enemy of the federation, just an extreme source of annoyance and while the Borg presented some great scary moments I personally feel that Data’s brother was the scariest, so logically you should vote for me as your best answer! Pleaseeeeee!

My favourite baddies from Star Trek (all series) would be the Borg, it used to be the Klingons in the earlier Star Trek but it all changed when they became allies. I loved Khan during the bad Klingons phrase.
I liked the alternative dimension star trek characters. If they wear black leather or has a goatee... or some blue tinted eyeshadow on then they are guaranteed to be a baddie! haha
Growing up with Star Trek... I must say my favourite baddies to date would have to be obviously the Borg then...
The Cardissians - I loved Dul Dukat as he was such a good baddie. There were times when I almost felt sorry for him!!!
Garat was such a sneaky but a big softy at times.
The Dominions (especially baddie Wayoun) and the Changlings.
Loved the Dominion big battles in DS9. Liked the Borg battles in the films as well as in Voyager with Borg Queen.
So many fantastic characters in the Star Trek universe.... love Kirk, Spock, Picard, Sisko.... Quark and there's good ol' Morn (he's funny even though doesn't speak much at Quarks bar).... etc.
Am not all that keen on the Romulans.... don't know why but I guess I always hated their haircut as a child and those awful Dynasty shoulder pads!! haha
Love "Q" but he's not really a baddie... he's just an irrating child seeking attention and being naughty in general but it makes it fun to watch as he plays tricks on Picard. haha
There was a rumour long time ago about a DS9 film/movie to take over gradually from TNG movies but not seen or heard anything so far. I was a little bored or didn't pay much attention to the last ST film (Nemesis) which was a shame. I loved "First Contact" and I think for me it was the last good Trek film to date.

The Network and the threat of cancellation. It made them try harder! Then there's the whole Star Warz universe. Would Luke Skywalker count as a startrek villian?
But seriously, I thought the Q charactor was the best ememy because I think they learned the most about themselves by interacting with him. It made for some of the bets Trek. Borg was a good secont though.

Species 8472, until they got all nice and understandable, I think they would have been extremely cool, then the producers realised they had an enemy the federation would eventually lose to and a story too big to tell.
Still, they were cool in the beginning.

Def the Borg, 'Q' is just a very old bored life form who likes to poke the humans to see there reaction.
TNG was one of the best (in my opinion) then came DS9.

I didn't really think Q was an enemy. I think that he just aggravated the crew just to see what they would do. My favorite enemy would have to be from the original Star Trek. Kahn was the best.

No, my favourite was in the first series. The silicon life form that was in pain. So then Spock "empathised " with it and found out it was in pain because it had a big hole in it.
So then they mixed up some stuff like cement and patched up the hole and it was all right again.
