i really want to make my shirt stand out from all the rest. please help!

I'll assume you have a decent knowledge of her story and that time in history?

Without knowing any limits you feel for being offensive, or any limits in guidelines, AND if I was creating a shirt depicting the tragedy, I'd go SEVERE.

A muted color for the shirt, but made to look worn and soiled. You might incoroprate graphic images glued, taped, pinned on to the shirt, in a form of chronology of events as reported. As one answer suggests you might show that she had to wear an icon identifying her culture, and if allowed you might get away with a Swastika somewhere.

This is definitely an extremely serious topic, and horrific historical event in total, so I suggest even if blatant, you do this with the utmost respect.
