My first sign before I was even late for my period was being tired, like I would have to take a nap(I am not a napper). Plus I have 5 kids, the last three children I knew, because I had to nap. This usually starts about a week before my period should of arrived. I hear headaches are common to because of the hormones.

the earliest signs will be sore breasts, headaches, tiredness. but, these are also common pms symptoms, so if you're not late yet, it is too hard to know for sure. i know it is hard to wait, but a home test will show positive within 3 weeks.
