actually the translation of the other answer was wrong. In this song, ban from "O" jung.ban.hap. means oposition. The song is an optimistic view of the world and how it will make progress. It involves corruption, war, and other issues around the world. It means there's justice(jung) in the world, but there's also opposition(ban) to go against it. These two forces unify(hap) and move the world forward. Also, to continually progress, there must be opposition not just for the sake of opposition, but opposition to unify. Also, the "O" is not the letter O, but it is a circle shape to represent optimism and the o.k. sign.
