what if a 16 year old boy has sex with a (much) older woman when she does NOT want it?

Isn't that rape? Yeah but the boy is underage....so......?????? A child rapist?

Obviously it is rape. Now if the woman originally solicited the sex then she is contributing to the delinquency of a minor but is also can be charged with rape.

It doesn't matter if the boy is underage. 'NO' means 'NO'. It is rape and should be reported. Just because the boy is young doesn't mean that he isn't capable of violent crimes.
