I want to setup a questions & answers (forum) website in Australia. What is the best way to go about this?

At the bottom of the Q&A page there are three rows of flags.
Click on the Australian flag (second on top row from left to right)
and you are in Australia. Simple, and I am certain the Aussies will
welcome you. Have a nice trip!

If you are planning to setup your own forum, then first get a webhosting spca with mysql and php. Then you can use phpbb for hosting the forum.
