I have three:
"Run" by Snow Patrol, and yes. It does move me to tears when I listen to the lyrics:
"To think I might not see those eyes
Makes it so hard not to cry
And as we say our long goodbye
I nearly do"
"Beautiful Love" by The Afters. The whole song is just beautiful. "Lyrics to one part I love:
Maybe a greater thing will happen
Maybe all will see
Maybe our love will catch like fire
As it burns through me"
"Vsya Moya Lubov" by t.A.T.u. It's all in Russian, so here's all the moving, lovely lyrical translation to English:
An array of emotions
Distortion
I am and i'm not
I'm censing myself
At the rivers in your sleep
Small fires and snow
I hide and spin
I spin myself
And the river sparkles
And the bridges flash by
And two small animals slide by
In an empty catafalque**
You won't roll away
Sorry, Everything has been erased
But it doesn't matter to him
Gay - Gay
The small ball will bounce
Without you and with you
You won't return
Sorry, Everything has been erased
And on all the kittens
Trapped in a nuthouse
Like a game of spinning tops
Start spinning the game
All my love
An array of emotions
I'm in general not myself
I'm spinning like snow
I'm censing myself
And they dream in their sleep
Small fires in January
Orange Snow
On your latern
You won't return, sorry
It's been erased
And don't you put yourself
in the house that you hate
And you run in terror
like in a dark mine
You won't return, sorry
It's been erased
Orbiting debris
Traitors, Cowards
Lifeless immortality
They turn, turn
All my love
OH, and "Say Ok" by Vanessa Anne Hudgens. The first time I heard it DID make me cry.

First rap song I ever heard. I was in tears at how awful it was.

Creep - Radiohead
Free Bird - Lynard Skynard
and
Black - Pearl Jam
Nothing Else Matters - metallica
I didnt cry because its very hard for me to cry but i came very close.
Creep, because it was so beautiful in a stalker way, this guy had such feelings for a girl, it was just beautiful
Free Bird, cause once when it hit the guitar solo, i had to learn how to play it
As for Black and Nothing Else Matters. The words to the songs can speak for itself

korns cover of Pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall pt. 2
not really to tears but it pissed me off so much that they would destroy such a great song with their crappy talentless interpretation.
but lets see
umm sleepwalker by santo and johnny is a very moving song even though it has no lyrics. another would be last kiss covered by Pearl Jam i know its not theirs but its still a good cover.
i hope this helps.

Pachelbel's Canon in D. When I went to the Outer Banks in North Carolina for the first time, I bought a CD of that song with ocean noises in the background. It made me cry, it's so beautiful.

The Christmas Shoes. I heard it for the first time last Christmas on the radio when I was going to work. For heaven's sake - it's about a little boy buying shoes for his dying mother.
Oh, and then there's the one about Butterfly Kisses...
