Happiness is fleeting and momentary.
*Yes, I'm generally quite happy:
**Cool motorcycle commute everyday.
**Cool teaching job (20+ yrs.).
**Cool friends.
**Cool cat at home.
**Cool re-entry into Martial Arts classes.
Am I content (long-term sense of well-being)?
No:
**My wife is divorcing me after 13 yrs. of marriage (to be finalized next week).
**My kids (x2) decided to live with their mom six months after their mom left us.
Oh well, we don't play the cards we want, we play the cards we're dealt.
