If a 17 year old boy has sex with a much older women then he is a 'Victim' according to society.. The 17 year old boy was 'molested' by an older woman..

I think it's different for boys than with girls.. Anytime a woman has sex with an underage boy, she usually only gets probation and community service. If a man has sex with an underage girl then he gets 10 years in prison..

Witness the tragic effects of beople being ruled instead of ruling; a law is made, and people stop thinking about it.

Very very interesting that anyone who is smart enough to keep from tying their shoelaces together can tell that such an act normally is not rape; however it then is given the misnomer "statutory rape", and suddenly the guy's in over his head. Again, it's not rape, so the tag "statutory" is applied and all of the sudden an evil act has been done.
So, exactly how does one commit "statutory"? One doesn't. Let me reiterate: One DOESN'T. It is a non-act. It is merely a distraction - a ruse. It is taking advantage of that lady holding the scales while she's blind-folded.
Once "statutory" is applied, then "rape" can be stealthily worked in, and everybody loses in the end; as they will in all injustices. They may feel a short perdiod of safety as one more "other" has been demonized and brushed away, but the underlying truth is that most of the time it's just innocent lives trying to live and learn the best way they know how.

It is still called statutory rape, and the woman would have to register as a sex offender her whole life. But in this society it is okay for a boy to be sexually active, but not for girls, they should be chaste and pure. It is a double standard for sure. Truth is I think 17 for either a boy or girl is to young. I wish all the kids would wait till they are mature enough to really deal with it.

Still rape (Satuatory), but admittedly the general public views a Man raping a girl, much differently than a Women raping a boy.
