Well I don't know what state you are in or what stores they have so I can't give you prices. I would say buy what you need. If you need nothing, then buy shoes, jewelry and a few shirts and maybe one or two pairs of jeans.

Buy some Skinny jeans and black pumps (BCBG $60) and a cute black long shirt. I would probably go to Macy's or Nordtroms and get some new Sevens or Citizen jeans (jeans $120-180) Cute ones with a zipper on the side. But that's just me buy what you want.

take 40.00 dollars to Claires and go crazy with jewelry..toe rings, ear rings, necklaces, hair accessories.
Then go to Bath and Body works and get yourself some Body wash and matching lotion..usually about 20.00
Then hit the clothes stores for some awesome outfits..spend about 75.00..which is possible if you search bargin bins, and clearence racks.
Then head off to the shoes stores and get some awesome shoes..maybe even two pairs.

well if u dont already have it and you are ok with it morrally get yor cartilage pierced also buy a pair of jeans and some accesories(earrings sunglasses exc)
