In the Super Bowl, Chicago will be the "home" team and will wear Blue by virtue of a better record, Indianapolis will wear White as the "away" team.

Who the home team is is determined by a rotation and not the better record. Chicago is the home team because it is the NFC's turn to be the home team. The home team gets first choice of what color to wear and the Bears chose blue because it is their home color.

AFC teams get to choose in even numbered Super Bowls. The Steelers chose to wear white last year because they had won all their playoff games on the road and Bill Cowher said something that was basically "This isn't a home game, either, because it's going to be played in Detroit."

This would be the "Super Bowl". The Sugar Bowl is a college game, and was played several weeks ago. Chicago will wear their "home" black jerseys, and the Colts will wear their "Away" white jerseys.
