HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLPPPP!!!!!TWO WEEKS AGO I DROP MY PHONE IN THE STREET AND IT GOT ALL SCRATCH UP.I TRIED WINDEX AND THEY DISAPPEAR BUT AFTER A FEW SECONDS WHEN IT DRIES UP THEY APPEAR AGAIN.

If the scratches are in the screen, you might take the phone to an eyeglass shop, and see if they have any of the "scratch filler" they use on eyeglasses.

If they are in the cover, then you may be able to just get a new cover, or face plate.

I assume your phone is plastic and not metal.

If the scratched area is not painted, and if the scratches are not too deep, you might try some automotive polishing compound, available at auto parts stores. Or, I have seen Brasso brass polish work well on glossy plastic surfaces such as iPods.

A jeweler may be able to help you. They take scratches off diamonds and such, so I would think a flat phone surface would be rather easy. It will probably cost a fee though.

Try a dab of toothpaste or maybe you could use oven cleaner(it works for like everything!)
