tell him to leave u the f*** alone, r if u don't want to be mean tell him to back off if he don't go to the rude mean way, if he still don't leave u alone, get a PPO (personal protection order)
they work if he is always driving by Ur house and following u.

Just tell him that you want nothing to do with him and from now on you will refuse to talk with him and he should never contact you again. If you think he is really stupid tell him that if he persists you will have him charged with stalking.

Tell him that you will seek a restraining order if he contacts you ONE more time.....then report him to the police if he does.
