1: It is GRAMMAR not Grammer
2. You can treat the name of any published work in several ways, all are correct:
a. surround with quotation marks, and use italics
b. use italics
c. Underline
these are the most common methods. The important thing is to Set It Off from the text so your reader will know you are not lifting information from another source without crediting the source.

No i dont think so. Ask ur teacher though. Put it in inverted commmas and capitalize the first letter of every major world

'of' and 'the' dont have to be capitalized.

If it is handwritten, put it in quotations and underline it.
If it is typed, put it in quotations and italicize it.
