Freewebs is really good. Piczo is good too. Acornrack is also something to consider, but Freewebs is the best one.

Look around at the various website building services offered. Basic ones from Yahoo, MSN, and others are available, and some more detailed ones, that also include more hosting and domain names and other things, can be had for various prices. Take your time, do some research, and you will find you have lots of choices. Good luck.
