If you are using Internet Explorer, then go to the Tools menu, then choose Pop-up Blocker from that menu, where you will find the option to turn the Pop-Up Blocker on or off.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, go to the Tools menu, choose Options, then from the icons on the left hand side of the window that appears, select Web Features, then uncheck the box which says Block Popup Windows.

If you're using a Popup Blocker from a toolbar such as Yahoo or Google then a settings menu on this toolbar itself should allow you to turn the popup blocker on and off.

Hope that helps, good luck!

Depends on what software you have:

To disable Windows Pop - Up

↓ Internet Properties
↓ Privacy Tab (At the top)
↓ Remove the tick from the pop - up blocker

For toolbars (i.e Google Toolbar)

You need to click the pop - up blocker and it should deactivate
