Chips and dip, peanuts, plus pizza and beer - for the boys. For the girls - some good gossip and maybe a strip-o-gram. Remember one thing - the football part of Superbowl is often "over" by Halftime. Then all that's left is the million dollar commercials, and "The Artist who Used to be Known as Prince until his Lunacy hit him in the Pocketbook and who Now is Again Known as Prince." Have a good time, but leave the boys in the living room. You think YOU'RE clueless? Turn off the picture and just listen to the conversation of the commentators during the second half. :-)

Have them bring their own alcohol. I recently found out that homeowners can be sued if someone drinks too much and leaves their house and has an accident.
Of course you want to make sure no one drinks and drives, but when you are hosting a party, you don't always know what everyone is doing.
In any case, don't provide alcohol!
You can also have them bring finger foods...taquitos, mini quiche, buffalo wings, chips, egg rolls, etc...

MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS A WAY HOME! Excuse the caps, but let it be known you won't let anyone drive drunk from YOUR party - they could kill someone, get charged, and you can be charged. Sorry to be a party pooper, but it's best to plan ahead.
