also,
Robert Duncan McNeil who played Tom Paris was originally a guest star on Next Generation playing Nick Locarno in the episode 'The First Duty'.
Tim Russ who plays Tuvok also guest starred in a few episodes of Next Generation playing a number of Aliens.
Ethan Philips who plays Neelix also was in an episode.
Martha Hackett who played Seska also originally portrayed a doomed Terrellian in a scene which was cut from the final episode 'All Good Things'.
Remember the two Ferengi from the Next Generation episode 'The Price'?
Well they also returned in Voyager episode 'False Profits'.
Armin Shimerman - Quark, he has starred in all three series originally one of the three first ever Ferengi in Next Generation.
Majell Barratt has of course also been in all three shows as the computers voice,

Characters: Q, Reg Barclay, Deanna Troi, Borg Queen (sadly), Geordi LaForge (alternate universe), Riker (summoned by Q)
Cast: Robbie Macneil played a very similar character to Tom Paris in an episode of TNG (an academy student who gets Wesley in trouble), Tim Russ played a variety of characters in other Treks

Yes, Barclay (I am not sure who his actor is), Jonathan Frakes (Riker), Lavar Burton (Laforge), Marina Sirits (Troi), and I think Brent Spiner (Data) may have as well.
Yeah and Q was always hanging around. He had a thing for Janeway.
I can't remember if there were any others.
