How many adult-size "leather baseball gloves/mitts" can be made from one 1 cow/animal hide?

The answer to this is variable, as the majority of gloves are made with remnants of the hide not used for other purposes. For instance the largest sections of the hide might be sold for coats, & then smaller sections are destined to become baseball gloves.

So it could be just a few, or a dozen!!
