Open My Document, serach for Command and Conquer Generals folder, open the Skirmish.ini or Network.ini
If you play skirmish, change the Skirmish.ini starting cash setting to a number and save.
If you play LAN,change the Network.ini starting cash setting to a number and save.
The skirmish or LAN Lobby will state the starting cash as $10000
or what else, DO NOT change it, ignore it and when you play, enjoy! :)
